Air conditioning struggled in the heat!!! The garage entrance is too steep and caused scraping on my car's bottom!!! Cleanliness around the parking area needs improvement!!!

I had a fantastic stay in a deluxe room for 3 nights. The room was spacious, modern, and had a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff, especially Tucnay, made us feel so welcome and were super helpful with everything. The location is just a short walk to the harbor.

Hot water runs out after exactly two minutes—leaving a chilly finish to showers. No room phone means trekking down to reception for anything you need. Breakfast options lack variety. a drag when traveling with picky eaters. The view through the second-floor window is disappointing, overlooking the rubbish of the next building, and the dirty windows in both room and restaurant detract from the overall experience.

The moment we arrived, the warm smiles of the staff were a breath of fresh air. One night, we found ourselves enjoying drinks under the stars at the rooftop pool and the view was nothing short of breathtaking.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it felt justified for the quality we received.

I had a wonderful time relaxing in the cozy lobby while enjoying some fresh coffee, and my room was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The spa options, including a soothing massage and a lovely steam room, were a great way to recharge. It would’ve been nice to have a few more breakfast choices, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

Fantastic service and a lovely stay

I recently spent 14 nights at a lovely hotel apartment that struck the perfect balance between comfort and convenience. It offered a spacious layout with a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for our family. The rooftop restaurant had amazing views and served delicious breakfasts with a touch of local flavor. it would be great if breakfast started a little earlier to cater to those with early plans.

The Standard Room was spacious and had a great view. I loved the soft towels and the blackout curtains were a game changer for sleep. Plus, having a socket near the bed was super convenient! Good wifi too, which was a bonus while I was there. It was an easy walk into town, so that was nice. But, it felt a little dated, which was a bit of a letdown.

Totally recommend for a weekend break

Spacious room, bright bathroom, with lovely towels, bathrobes, and slippers that made our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable, and the generous, beautifully presented breakfast truly set us up for the day while being conveniently located just a 15-minute walk to the harbor.
